What you'll be doing
- Analyze clients' needs to hire partners who meet their requirements
- Farm and develop connections with partners according to company's strategy
- Manage existing partnerships ensuring all commitments are fulfilled
- Monitor performance of partnerships against targets; identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions
- Work closely with other departments (e.g. marketing, product, operations) to ensure that strategic objectives are met
- Track partner activity and performance metrics

Requirements - what you'll bring to this role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiter role; experience in India preferred
- Demonstrated success in developing successful partnerships
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills; able to gather, analyze

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Monday to Friday
