Job Title: Process Facilitator

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess employee progress and provide actionable feedback.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • 1-6 years of experience in the BPO industry with expertise in KPI analysis, On-the-job training, Training Needs Analysis, and Training Needs Identification.
