About the Role:
Wits Innovation Lab is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in DuckCreek DMS and a solid understanding of the insurance domain. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring requirements are well-defined, solutions are optimized, and project goals are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to DuckCreek DMS.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirement clarity and successful delivery.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements for process efficiency and cost optimization.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations for requirement validation.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with DuckCreek DMS.
Strong knowledge of insurance industry processes and workflows.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
