Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD).

Create clear and concise artifacts including wireframes, workflows, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.

Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure proper implementation and validation of requirements.

Use tools like JIRA and Confluence for issue tracking, documentation, and project collaboration.

Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on deliverables.

Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support change management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT services.

Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and SDLC (Agile, Scrum preferred).

Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, RTMs, user stories, workflows, and wireframes.

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Knowledge of UML diagrams and modeling tools.

Domain experience in [Finance / Healthcare / eCommerce / insert applicable domain].

Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA).
