HRS AS A COMPANYHRS reinvents how businesses Work Stay and Pay Counting more than 5 000 corporations and 40 of Fortune 500 companies in our customer base HRS has emerged to the most trusted platform of digital software solutions in business travel hospitality worldwide The HRS platform is composed of three engines that each optimize one core building block along the corporate hospitality supply chain Intelligent Procurement Smart Booking and Invisible Payment Through the integration of those engines into one large data-driven platform approach our Lodging-as-a-Service value proposition enhances satisfaction of corporate employees and travelers delivers the highest grade of process automation for corporate stakeholders and ensures strongest compliance end-to-end POSITIONThe HR Operations Specialist is a vital role within the Human Resources team responsible for managing a wide range of operational and administrative tasks to ensure seamless HR processes This position requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in high-volume HR operations a strong ability to manage transactional activities and a focus on delivering excellent employee service within established SLAs Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors data analytics and HR automation initiatives will be highly valued CHALLENGE Interview Coordination Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews ensuring a smooth recruitment experience Candidate Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates providing timely updates responding to queries and ensuring a positive candidate journey Offer Management and Onboarding Prepare offer contracts manage pre-boarding activities and handle logistics to facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires Employee Data Management Accurately enter and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies Payroll and Benefits Support Process payroll inputs for multiple countries ensuring timely and accurate submissions in collaboration with payroll teams Employee Queries Handle employee tickets and inquiries related to HR policies benefits and systems resolving them within SLAs Exit Management Support the offboarding process including exit preparations and final documentation Employee Referrals Manage the referral program ensuring smooth tracking and processing of referred candidates Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Develop update and maintain HR operations SOPs to ensure consistency compliance and efficiency HR Data Analytics and Reporting Support data-driven decision-making by preparing reports analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement in HR operations HR Automation Initiatives Contribute to HR technology and process automation projects identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH Experience 3-5 years in HR operations or a similar role with experience in high-volume transactional environments Technical Expertise Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is strongly preferred Analytical Skills Experience with data analytics and reporting tools ability to interpret and present data effectively Process Management Proven experience in managing SOPs ticketing systems and meeting service level agreements SLAs Attention to Detail Strong focus on accuracy in managing employee data preparing contracts and processing payroll inputs HR Knowledge Familiarity with HR policies procedures and compliance requirements Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively manage employee and candidate interactions Problem-Solving Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions in a fast-paced environment Collaboration Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including recruitment payroll and HR technology PERSPECTIVELOCATION MOBILITY INCENTIVEReq ID 18083
