Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage various human resource functions within Lavanya Healthcare Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage employee-related operations with efficiency. This role is vital in ensuring smooth HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Implement retention strategies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.
  • Payroll & HRMS
  • Manage payroll processes accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update HRMS software with employee data.
  • Policy Implementation & Compliance
  • Support in drafting and implementing HR policies as per company and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Employee Welfare & Conflict Management
  • Address employee concerns and grievances effectively.
  • Handle conflict resolution and maintain a healthy workplace culture.
  • Talent & Performance Management
  • Support recruitment activities and onboarding processes as needed.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports.
  • Use advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools to analyze workforce data.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: MBA in Human Resources specialization.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
  • Technical Skills:
  • HRMS software handling
  • Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Blackbox) for HR operations
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident and proactive personality
  • Conflict management and problem-solving abilities

Compensation

  • Salary will be offered as per industry standards.
