Social Media Leadership Opportunity

As a highly skilled social media professional, we're looking for a creative and performance-driven individual to lead our client-facing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Campaign Leadership: Develop platform-specific strategies aligned with client objectives, integrating data-backed planning and performance marketing.
  • Content & Creative Supervision: Plan and manage monthly content calendars, providing direction to the team and leveraging emerging formats to enhance engagement.
  • Community & Client Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build strong online communities, and work with account managers to deliver timely updates and performance insights to clients.
  • Performance & Analytics: Track metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI, linking social metrics to business outcomes, and use tools like Meta Suite and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in social media management at agencies, a strong grasp of organic + paid integration, and excellent skills in copywriting, storytelling, and communication.
