Debit Card Product Manager

The Debit Card Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of debit card product strategies across various customer segments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to inform product decisions;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and features that meet customer needs and drive business growth;
  • Leading market research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks associated with new products and features;
  • Developing and managing product roadmaps and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to ensure the company remains competitive;

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a financial institution or payments company;
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
