
Learning Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the planning, scheduling, and execution of learning programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts, training participants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training initiatives.
- Overseeing the development, maintenance, and distribution of learning materials, resources, and equipment.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to measure the effectiveness of learning programs, generating reports, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a learning and development role (preferably).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS/LMS platforms (desired).
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
