Learning and Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the planning, scheduling, and execution of learning programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts, training participants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training initiatives.
  • Overseeing the development, maintenance, and distribution of learning materials, resources, and equipment.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to measure the effectiveness of learning programs, generating reports, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a learning and development role (preferably).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS/LMS platforms (desired).
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
