Job Overview:

Senior Architects are key professionals in leading architectural projects from concept to completion.

The role demands a balance of design excellence, technical expertise, and leadership skills.

  • Design & Concept Development:
    • Drive concept design, schematic layouts, and design presentations.
    • Ensure design aligns with company ethos, sustainability goals, and local building codes.
  • Project Management & Coordination:
    • Prepare and oversee GFC drawings, detailed drawings, and tender documentation.
    • Liaise with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for timely, coordinated outputs.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Guide and mentor junior architects, interns, and drafting staff.
    • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Client & Stakeholder Interface:
    • Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and handle approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes & bye-laws, NBC 2016, ECBC, fire norms.
  • Construction detailing, materials, and services integration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and deadlines.

Software Proficiency (expected at professional level):

  • Design & Drafting: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp.
  • Visualization & Rendering: Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray, Twinmotion.
  • Graphics & Presentation: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Project Coordination & Documentation: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam / Acrobat.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a COA-recognized institution.
  • COA registration (mandatory).
  • Proven portfolio showcasing built and unbuilt work across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
