We are seeking a skilled Lead Architect to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. As a key member of our global architecture and design firm, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and leadership. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality architectural projects
  • Collaborating with global teams using BIM/Revit platforms to ensure consistent design delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with Indian codes, local bylaws, and global best practices
  • Participating in client meetings, preparing design presentations, drawings, and reports
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members (Architectural Assistants/Technologists)
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated Revit proficiency (essential)
  • Experience across at least two project stages (concept, schematic, DD, GFC, construction)
  • Exposure to commercial sectors (Data Centres, Retail, Workplace, Logistics, Hospitality) highly valued
  • Previous work experience with international client organisations or global design firms desirable
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology, detailing, and Indian building codes
  • For senior candidates: proven ability to manage deliverables, coordinate teams, and engage with clients
