About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Project Manager to lead architecture design and build projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and meeting quality standards.

The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee project goals are met and client expectations exceeded.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Manage project changes and issues, addressing them in a timely manner.
  • Oversee project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Keep project stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously enhance project management processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management within architecture design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including plan development and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
