About the Role:

The General Manager is responsible for leading and managing all hotel personnel, establishing plans for growth and profitability, and ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of guests and employees. This role requires a high level of energy, creativity, and a strong service culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve hotel goals and objectives
  • Prepare annual marketing plans and operating profit plans
  • Establish and maintain an organizational chart and ensure continuity of management
  • Implement development and training programs for all departments
  • Keep the supervising Vice President informed about hotel operations and important factors influencing its success

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of hotel operations and/or management experience
  • High energy and ability to engage closely with ownership
  • Creative sales and marketing approach to drive business
  • Strong service culture and immersive presence in the local community
