  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including food and beverage services
  • Take and record restaurant reservations and cancellations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a positive hotel image
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and policies
  • Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management
