The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and oral), interpersonal and soft skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be certified in MAC technologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting Mac/iOS devices in a business environment, as well as managing Apple devices using a Mobile Device Management system. You will also need to have experience with Microsoft Office for Mac and a solid understanding of networking covering Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, Authenticated Proxy Access, Kerberos authentication, and Active Directory integration.
