Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Outsourcing Manager to lead our Strategic Partnerships team.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the efficient, effective, and consistent implementation of our Outsourcing Policy across the organization.
  • You will track progress of Third Party Risk Management actions of Business units and actively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all Outsourcing agreements and key supporting documentation of the Outsourcing process, including Risk Assessment, Business Plan, and Due Diligence.
  • Plan, administer, and facilitate completion of all Risk Assessments for Outsourcing Service Providers across the Outsourcing Lifecycle. Own the System of Governance control for the Outsourcing Function.
  • Manage Quality Assurance process over outsourcing, control documentation, and testing results. Ensure adequate reporting.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in Third Party Risk Management and strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business units and stakeholders.
  • Managing the outsourcing inventory and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Leading Risk Assessments and Quality Assurance processes.
  • Reporting on progress and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, finance).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Third Party Risk Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits
