Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing project master schedules and ensuring that all planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with the project coordination procedure.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for studying and understanding the progress of pre-construction deliverables and ensuring that all planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with the project coordination procedure.

  • You will work closely with the Lead Planner to implement any additional project control procedures as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiation & Planning

  1. Develop tracking mechanisms as per the project requirements.

  2. Prepare detailed Cluster level logistic plans in line with the overall project logistic plan.

  3. Design reporting formats/logs according to the project control process set by the Lead Planner.

  4. Develop a proper project specific DMS (Document Management System) and DDM (Documents Distribution Matrix) as per the matrix set by the Lead Planner.

  5. Prepare Integrated Master Schedules and schedule templates issued by the Lead Planner for all projects including buildings, infrastructure, and other amenities.

Monitoring & Control

  1. Prepare recovery schedules and establish them as revised baseline schedules in case of major variances upon consent from the Lead Planner and COO.

  2. Update logistic plans as and when changes occur and maintain the latest copy in DMS.

  3. Conduct schedule briefing meetings at site with the entire CM team to ensure they are aware of proposed schedules and targets.

  4. Review weekly reports for concerned areas, collate them for the entire project, update master schedules, and prepare plans of action to address critical issues in coordination with the Lead Planner, project heads, and attend necessary meetings if required.

  5. Issue weekly reports to the Lead Planner for review.

  6. Conduct site visits fortnightly and issue key variance/proposed action plans (jointly agreed with the CM team) report to the CM team with target dates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
