The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be well-versed in the Amadeus suite, including ARD Web, Altea CM, and Altea Inventory & Availability.
- Responsibilities include:
Providing 24/7 support to help desk teams is a key responsibility of this role. This involves handling various tasks such as reservations, ticketing, seating, codeshare, and disruption-related activities.
A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in the industry is required for this position. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of fare filing processes and other relevant procedures.
