Windows Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory and Windows services professional to enhance our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge management processes according to ITIL standards.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and enhancements.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in managing Active Directory environments, including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, OUs, FSMO roles, and GPOs.
  • Strong knowledge of On-prem Exchange and hybrid configurations.
  • Good understanding of Windows-related technologies such as SCCM, Print or DFS servers, and SSO.
  • Experience in vulnerability management and emergency support.
  • Excellent customer service attitude, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
Nice To Have Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automating administrative tasks.
  • Relevant technical certifications or successful completion of vendor-certified training in one of our key technologies (Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Hybrid).
