Job Opportunity: IT Infrastructure Specialist

The role of an IT Infrastructure Specialist is to provide comprehensive support across IT systems, covering end-user support, networking, servers, and infrastructure management. This position ensures business continuity through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and IT service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
  • Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks).
  • Address user requests and incidents via helpdesk/ticketing system.
  • Administer user accounts, email systems, and security groups in Active Directory/Office 365.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and system access issues.
  • Assist in IT projects (cloud migration, system upgrades, security enhancements).
  • Collaborate with vendors and external providers for IT services and escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
