Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to provide expert-level support for our global IT infrastructure.

About the Role:

  • Provide level 1 support for our global IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
  • Monitor network performance using industry-leading tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS.
  • Perform proactive monitoring of our Cisco R&S, HP Aruba, Ruckus Wireless, WAN, and ISP links to ensure optimal performance.
  • Handle bandwidth utilization analysis and generate availability and trend reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Respond promptly to alerts/notifications configured in our monitoring systems to minimize disruptions.
  • Carry out routine network operations: VLAN creation, port/user mapping, DHCP, wireless connectivity troubleshooting, etc.
  • Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution to ensure prompt and effective solutions.
  • Adhere to ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration Management to maintain service excellence.
  • Work closely with ticketing tools like ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution to streamline workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience with global IT support operations, including infrastructure management and maintenance.
  • Proficient in monitoring and ticketing tools to optimize performance and efficiency.
