PMS Operations Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of PMS Operations & Compliance Officer. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and upholding high standards of corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end compliance processes, including liaisoning with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RoC, and others.
  • Proactively anticipate regulatory changes and adapt compliance processes accordingly.
  • Undertake the responsibilities of our designated company secretary.
  • Oversee PMS fund operations, including NAV reporting, digital KYC/AML, accurate fee processing, and other related tasks.
  • Handle client interactions, sales support, onboarding processes, and grievance resolution.
  • Coordinate closely with external CA, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to uphold impeccable corporate governance.
  • Manage internal financial operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance and operations for a SEBI-registered PMS, with a track record of successfully navigating regulatory audits.
  • Qualifications in CS (eligible to be the designated CS).
  • Versatility: enthusiastic about proactively taking ownership of diverse responsibilities across compliance, operations, finance, and client interactions.
  • Bonus: zero-to-one experience at fintech startups and interest in staying fluent in modern AI tools.
