Key Roles and Responsibilities for PMS Operations

This role is vital in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and back-office functions for our Portfolio Management Services business.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Fund accounting, NAV/price updates, and data reconciliation in PMS software are crucial.
  • Client trade workings preparation, order processing assistance, and query handling are key tasks.
  • Custom reports, mutual fund redemptions, management fees calculation, and SEBI reporting submissions require attention to detail.
  • Portfolio performance calculation, validation, monthly fact sheets, internal MIS reports, and quarterly client reports need regular monitoring.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Relevant experience of 5+ years in PMS/Wealth/Investment Operations is essential.
  • PMS software expertise, preferably with Wealth Spectrum or Miles, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEBI regulations and reporting frameworks is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools is required.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills are expected.
