PMS Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a Marine PMS & Database Expert with strong knowledge of PMS workflows and database development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create equipment sheets for databases.
  • Extract maintenance tasks from OEM manuals.
  • Develop clear job cards (dismantling, inspection, assembly).
  • Ensure proper equipment hierarchy mapping.
  • Manage import sheets and data loading.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate data.
Requirements:
  • Marine Engineering degree or equivalent maritime qualification.
  • 2–5 years' experience in PMS population or marine documentation.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering/marine manuals.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
  • Good knowledge of database structuring.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.

As a Marine PMS & Database Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and configuring equipment sheets for databases, extracting maintenance tasks from OEM manuals, developing clear job cards, ensuring proper equipment hierarchy mapping, managing import sheets and front-end data loading, and supporting audits by maintaining accurate data.
