Lead PMS Operations Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager – Operations to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fund Accounting & NAV Management: Daily fund accounting and NAV updation in the portfolio management system, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Reconciliations: Conduct daily bank reconciliation, demat reconciliation, and broker ledger reconciliation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Client Operations: Manage PMS clients' trade working, mutual fund redemptions, and resolve client queries and reporting requirements efficiently.
  • Fees & Performance: Calculate management fees, evaluate performance data, and manage monthly, quarterly, and financial year closure entries with precision.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Prepare SEBI regulatory reports, monthly MIS, quarterly reports, and fact sheets to maintain compliance.
  • Audit Coordination: Handle all audit processes, including internal audit, NAV audit, and performance audit to ensure transparency.
  • Team Management: Support team leadership, mentor junior staff, and act as a reliable second-in-command to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in PMS & AIF.
  • Deep understanding of fund accounting, regulatory compliance, client servicing, and audit coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with portfolio management systems such as Wealth Spectrum and Miles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience in a wealth management environment is an added advantage.
