Job Title: PMS Optimization Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PMS Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ship management and a proven track record of implementing efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze various aspects of PMS data and prepare documentation as needed
  2. Understand and document client requirements
  3. Analyze gaps between user requirements and system features and provide input to the development team
  4. Test and check functional aspects of modules and produce desired reports
  5. Contribute to training internal and external users on PMS and related modules
  6. Create software-related documents such as feature documents, help files, FAQs, and workflow documents
