Collection Operations Lead

The primary goal of this role is to handle and manage a collection portfolio across various segments, focusing on achieving set targets. This involves ensuring that all operational aspects are maintained within the allocated parameters.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections and monitor defaulting customers by regularly following up with critical complex cases to identify reasons for defaulting.
  • Capture and track customer information, including their financial status and any potential issues, to provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, regulatory bodies, audit guidelines, and company policies, taking proactive measures to prevent any non-compliance issues.
Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Post Graduate degree in any discipline.

Experience: Experienced professional with a proven track record in managing collection portfolios effectively.

Key Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving.
