Overview:

As a seasoned Collections Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection process for assigned areas, ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and effective communication with key clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collections for assigned areas to achieve set targets and minimize non-performing assets (NPAs).
  • Monitor and control delinquency rates across different buckets and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to facilitate smooth collection processes.
  • Represent the organization in legal matters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead field executives and agencies to ensure they perform according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Optimize Feet on Street presence area-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise to enhance collection efficiency.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
