Job Title: Enterprise Access Management Specialist

About the Role:

We seek a skilled and results-driven professional to oversee successful delivery of Identity & Access Management initiatives. The role will be based in Mumbai, ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing complex IAM projects across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the execution of IAM projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to define project objectives and success criteria.
  3. Manage resources, project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and leadership teams.
  5. Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  6. Evaluate IAM implementations for best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT project management, focusing on IAM technologies and implementations.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IAM projects involving tools like Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping Identity, etc.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including user lifecycle management, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and access governance.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project Management certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
