Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Accessibility Specialist to oversee the delivery of accessibility solutions for government and enterprise clients in the US.

This includes auditing, testing, remediation, document/PDF accessibility, and compliance reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with design, development, and QA teams to ensure websites, mobile apps, and digital documents meet ADA, WCAG, and Section 508 compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and test digital products for accessibility compliance
  • Remediate and improve accessibility of digital products
  • Develop and maintain accessibility standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility is integrated into product development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accessibility testing and remediation
  • Strong knowledge of ADA, WCAG, and Section 508 compliance guidelines
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
