Job Title: Senior Design Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Data Centre Design & Engineering Professional to drive the end-to-end design of Colocation and Hyperscale Data Centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and sign-off on detailed engineering designs across Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Fire & Life Safety, and Controls.
  • Ensure all designs are compliant, constructible, reliable, sustainable, and scalable.
  • Collaborate with construction, procurement, commissioning & client teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Manage A&E firms, vendors, and consultants – reviewing and approving technical submissions.
  • Optimize designs for PUE, WUE, CAPEX/OPEX through value engineering.
  • Build and mentor a multidisciplinary design engineering team.
Requirements:
  • 12–15 years' experience with 7–10 years in Data Centre design.
  • Deep expertise in MV/LV systems, cooling technologies, BMS/DCIM, and mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ETAP/SKM, CFD, Trane Trace, Pipe-Flo, Bluebeam.
  • Strong knowledge of global standards: Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, NFPA, TIA-942, NEC/IEC, IS codes.
  • Proven leadership in hyperscale data centres, cloud platforms, or mission-critical projects.
  • Stability in prior roles (3–4 years minimum).
  • Passion for innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability.

This is a senior leadership role that requires shaping mission-critical infrastructure for global clients.
