Sales Development Representative

At a Snaphyre Client, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team. Our workforce management system serves as the primary source of truth for streamlining people, IT, and finance operations. If you have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales and a proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion, we'd like to hear from you.
The Role
You will be responsible for identifying potential target accounts in the US market, initiating outreach efforts via email and cold calls, and bridging client insights to the product team. Your goal will be to schedule appointments and conduct product demos to drive sales pipeline and revenue.
Ideal Profile
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a deep understanding of industry landscape and customer needs.
- Prior full-cycle sales experience selling B2B SaaS with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Natural problem solver and strong business advisor with demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders.
