Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at our resort in Salcette. The Front Office Manager will oversee all aspects of front office operations, manage guest services, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and key management.
- Manage guest services, including responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service quality and addressing any guest concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations, guest services, and overall resort performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in front office operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
