Senior Executive - Business Process Audit

The role of Senior Executive in Business Process Audit requires a strong finance and accounts background, with 3-4 years of experience. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the business process audit team, ensuring that all audits are conducted fairly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the business process audit team to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Closely work with the business team to monitor suspicious orders and identify stockiest parties with potential wrong practices.
  • Engage with parties and verify the suspicious orders, monitoring order trends of distributors, hospitals, and doctors.
  • Analyze deviations between business limits and bill values, conducting physical and digital audits of orders.
  • Visit distributors across the country for physical audits and ensure accurate MIS and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B Com) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong finance and accounts background with 3-4 years of experience.
  • Able to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
