Lead Business Analysis and Quality Assurance Expert

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, quality assurance, and project management.

  • Develop and enforce quality standards and measures for business technology services.
  • Manage test case design, documentation, and execution, allocating testers within various testing activities.
  • Ensure defect management, bug fixing, and reporting through bug tracking software.
  • Coordinate release management with the Delivery Manager.
  • Monitor process implementation according to defined SOP and participate in internal audit activities.
  • Report test progress to stakeholders.
  • Participate in exchange mock activities (50%).
  • Interact with vendors for quotations and payments, and develop quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications.
  • Ensure software quality complies with regulatory standards, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Determine the selection and usage of automated test tools for improving efficiency.

The selected candidate will set clear expectations for the QA team, build redundancy to ensure continuous operations, guide and train the team on system aspects, and provide performance feedback.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of system testing metrics, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Proven data analysis, verification, and problem-solving skills.
Competencies:
  • Hands-on experience with ad hoc query programs, automated testing tools, and reporting software.
  • Practical knowledge in importing data for reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
  • Technical fluency in programming languages.
  • Good project management skills and/or exposure to project-based work structures.
