Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and improve the performance of our resources, who work on projects to enhance internet search results. You will utilize your cultural expertise of India to provide insights that will feed into customer analytics and improve online experiences for Hindi-based service users.

You will work closely with a global team of Quality Assurance Specialists to ensure consistency across all markets. Your ability to communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders is essential.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Hindi, with other Indian languages being desirable.
  • A deep understanding of current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs of the Indian market.
  • A robust working knowledge of the internet and social media in India.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to read and understand complex guidelines and apply them to user behavior.

Additionally, you should have:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, with the ability to provide expertise at all levels of the business and with customers.
  • Time management and organization skills, as well as 3rd-level qualification.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a high comfort level with internet search and researching online.
