Design for Test Engineer

This role is focused on leading the efforts of complex digital designs. We are seeking an experienced engineer with a proven track record in designing and implementing test strategies.

  1. We require strong knowledge of DFT concepts, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis.
  2. An ability to work hands-on with MBIST insertion, memory test validation, and timing constraint definition is also necessary.
  3. Beyond this, expertise in scripting languages such as Perl and shell scripting will be invaluable.
  4. The ideal candidate should have experience in RTL and gate-level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors.

To excel in this position, you should have a good understanding of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules, and working experience in Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is highly desirable.

Requirements
  • You must be able to work effectively in an international team environment.
  • A willingness to learn new tools and methodologies is essential.
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills are key in managing multiple high-priority designs simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7-15 years of experience in DFT is preferred.
  • A good understanding of the English language is essential.
