We are seeking a talented Test Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our software development organization, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance effort and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and a proven track record of leading QA teams and managing complex testing projects. They will be able to develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases based on detailed business and technical requirements, as well as define testing methodologies and processes to ensure thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases to ensure thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements
* Lead and execute functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and security testing for complex ERP modules
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify potential issues early
* Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years experience in software testing, preferably within ERP systems
* Proven track record of leading QA teams and managing complex testing projects
* Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
* Proficiency with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python)
