About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to drive quality in our software products. This role involves designing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration into continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Test Plans
  • Design and Maintain Automated Test Scripts
  • Conduct Regression, Exploratory, and Usability Testing
  • Integrate Automated Tests into CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • Identify, Document, and Track Defects Using Tools Like Jira or Bugzilla
  • Create and Maintain Documentation of Test Cases, Test Results, and Defect Reports
  • Ensure Compliance with Security and Industry Standards
  • Provide Test Reports, Risk Assessments, and Recommendations for Continuous Improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and performance testing frameworks (JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
