Job Title: Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality test automation solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks. They will also contribute to mobile automation with Appium and web automation with Playwright, and perform API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent tools.

In addition, the Test Automation Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and ensure product quality. They will integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines, report and track defects, and drive resolution with development teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience in test automation
  • Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python/JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience in API testing (REST, SOAP)
  • Familiarity with Appium (mobile automation) and Playwright (modern web automation)
  • Knowledge on Typescript and WebDriver.IO
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
