Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to manage and supervise store staff to ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory for management review.

Additionally, this position involves coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of stock and managing local purchases, including cash register operations and reconciliations.

Required skills include knowledge of Tally/ERP systems, computer literacy, and understanding of industrial tools, equipment, and consumables.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Commerce or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in store management, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • A customer-focused attitude and positive approach.
