Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge at BHATIA INFRASTRUCTURES PRIVATE LIMITED located in Kota. The Store Incharge will be responsible for day-to-day store management, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, and maintaining retail loss prevention. The role also includes inventory management, organizing store layout, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Qualifications

  • Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in store or retail management is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and oversee a team
