About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our retail and last mile delivery functions.

The ideal candidate will handle entire retail operation and warehouse operation, ensuring strong adherence to standard operating procedures.

This includes coordinating between stores team and warehouse team for smooth operation, negotiating and handling day-to-day operations with third-party logistics operators, and analyzing store inward and outward movements to identify issues.

Responsibilities include inspecting goods for damages, reconciling transporter billing and invoices, managing inventory, making MIS reports, and circulating them to respective departments.

The successful candidate will have experience handling at least 80 stores' warehouse day-to-day operations, possess strong people management and cross-functional team communication skills.

A knowledge of ERP/WMS is a plus, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
