Warehouse HR Role

This is a pivotal position within our organization where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse site. As the primary point of contact for HR-related matters, your responsibilities will include driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement programs to boost employee morale and productivity.
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Address employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Oversight of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for blue-collar staff.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Update and maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and streamline HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure seamless HR operations across rotational shifts and various workforce levels.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing blue-collar workforces.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Flexibility to adapt to rotational shifts and travel to different warehouse locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
