Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate client employee health and benefits programs
  • Develop customized recommendations to improve benefits packages
  • Analyze industry trends and emerging benefits solutions
  • Cross-sell products and services to current clients
  • Participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients
  • Collaborate with other teams for Client RFP, Plan Renewal, and Implementation processes
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. Identify and understand negotiable elements of underwriting calculations for employee health and benefits.
