We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Engagement Manager.

This is a critical role that requires strong business acumen, technical expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in business consulting, particularly in financial planning and analysis, zero-base budgeting, and related finance themes.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the execution of the business-analytics roadmap, leading client workshops, defining business problems concisely, and presenting solutions effectively.
  • They will also be expected to contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and logically, develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis, and demonstrate sustained client relations management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and driving the execution of the business-analytics roadmap
  • Leading client workshops to articulate broad vision and ambiguous business problems
  • Defining business problems concisely and presenting solutions effectively
  • Liaising with customers and convincingly presenting solutions
  • Contributing to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in business consulting, particularly in financial planning and analysis, zero-base budgeting, and related finance themes
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and logically
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis
  • Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience
