Job Description:

Drive business growth and innovation by fostering strategic partnerships with corporations, governments, and academia. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate program execution and represent your organization at industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and pitch offerings that meet the needs of corporations and startups, leveraging CSR and ESG mandates.
  • Own the sales cycle, positioning your organization as a trusted innovation partner, and build relationships with CXOs to convert corporations into long-term partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (required).
  • MBA or equivalent Master's degree (preferred).

Experience:

  • 4-10+ years of progressive experience in B2B/enterprise sales, partnerships, business development, or innovation consulting, with exposure to corporate innovation programs and large enterprise clients.

Competencies:

  • Enterprise Sales & Negotiation - proven track record of closing large accounts.
  • Stakeholder Management - ability to engage with CXOs and cross-functional teams.
  • Innovation & Ecosystem Understanding - knowledge of startups, accelerators, and corporate innovation models.
