Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR expert to drive business excellence and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing core HR processes, ensuring seamless integration with other HR systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Core HR Implementation: Design and implement core HR processes, ensuring accurate data synchronization across multiple systems.
  • Security Configuration: Develop and maintain role-based access control and data security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Geography Validation: Create and maintain accurate geographies and address validation rules to support global operations.
  • Document Management: Configure and optimize document types and number generation rules for efficient documentation management.
  • Position Synchronization: Manage position hierarchies and synchronize data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Grade Structure Design: Design and implement grade structures and ladders to support career development and compensation planning.
  • AOR Template Development: Create and customize AOR templates to streamline workflow automation.
  • Absence Management Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot absence management systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
  • Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Security Console, Geographies & Address Validation, Document Types & Number Generation Rules, Position Management & Synchronization, Grades & Grade Ladders, AOR Templates, and Absence Management configuration & troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience in Core HR support and issue resolution.
  • Good knowledge of HCM data structures, business objects, and workflows.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and provide solutions.
