  • We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Senior Technical Consultant to lead technical implementations, including OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical objects and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
