As a senior administrative professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and replenishing office supplies, inventory, and procurement of administrative materials.
• Coordinating with vendors for office maintenance, housekeeping, and repairs.
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining and updating employee and office records, files, and documentation.
• Assisting in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
• Supporting HR and finance teams with documentation and administrative tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitoring office equipment and coordinating repairs or replacements.
• Preparing reports and presentations as required.
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
